Returns, Exchanges, Store CreditsWe gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and will take back the item and issue a refund, exchange or store credit.*Shipping and gift wrap fees are not refundable. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and tags intact to ensure complete credit. *Please include this packing slip/invoice that you receive with your shipment. *Please return items in a way that is insured. We assume no responsibility for items until we receive them. #1 Simply send us an email at returns@babybundle.com with the following information requesting a refund, exchange or store credit: 1) Your name 2) Reason for return 3) Order Number 4) What you would like us to do (refund, exchange or store credit) Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via email. This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund, exchange or store credit. ***We are unable to accept returns without a RA#!!!*** Write your RA# on your packing slip and return with items. We can be reached during business hours at 480-460-9398. *All sales are final after 14 days. Clearance/Sale items/Bargain Basement items are Final Sales!!! Special Order items are Final Sales!
